Serra do Ramalho: Urban infrastructure and development potential
The city of Serra do Ramalho, located in the interior of the state of Bahia, has proven to be a place of varied potential, despite the challenges inherent to cities of similar size. With a Human Development Index (HDI) of 0.595 and a GDP per capita of R$ 12,000, the municipality ranks 3968th in the national development ranking, among the 5,570 Brazilian municipalities.
