Serra Negra do Norte: A city in development in Rio Grande do Norte

Located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, the city of Serra Negra do Norte is among the Brazilian municipalities in full development. With a Human Development Index (HDI) of 0.597 and a GDP per capita of R$ 16,000, the city ranks 4,380th in the National Development Ranking among the 5,570 Brazilian municipalities.
